1. Where can I create a Citytwig account?
Click on “Get Started” and fill in the fields to create your account!
2. How do I purchase a Citytwig subscription?
After creating an account, click on “subscribe now” and choose a plan that's right for you.
3. What benefits do I get with a Citytwig membership?
Subscription to the platform gives you access to a personalized dashboard where you can use Citytwig’s products to grow your business.
4. Can I use multiple logins for the same account?
Nope! We believe that your subscription provides you with a personalized dashboard that should only be accessible by you.
5. How am I billed?
All pricing plans are billed annually. All leads in addition to your plan are billed a-la-carte based on your custom selection. More on leads in the next section.
6. What payment options can I use to get a Citytwig membership?
Simply use a credit card and purchase a plan that is right for you!
7. How do I manage billing?
You can update payments and manage billing at any time in the “Billing and History” section on your dashboard.
8. When does my membership begin and end?
Your membership begins on the day you purchase a subscription plan and is valid for one year from the purchase date.
9. What if I want to cancel my membership?
Subscription renewal happens 60 days before your current plan ends. Simply cancel your plan before the renewal date to end membership.
Canceling a membership before the renewal date will still give you access to the platform until the expiration date (1 year from subscription purchase).
